B.      Amend Wellfleet Shellfish Rules and Regulations
4.1.3  Annual commercial permits valid from 1 January to 31 December will be issued from January 1st to April 30th of the permit year subject to a thirty (30) day review of the application. (add) Permits will be only issued after the applicant has shown proof of valid State Commercial Permit with Shellfish endorsement and a valid Shellfish Transaction Card. Only in the year in which a person reaches fourteen (14) years of age may that person apply for a junior commercial permit at any time after the occurrence of that person’s birthday.

D.      Shellfish Grant Renewal – Steven and Laura Caminiti, #01-02 for a ten year period.

E.      Extension of Operation Hours – Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, Route 6 to extend the hours of operation from 10pm to 12midnight on the following dates: June 4th, 19th, 29th, July 2nd, 12th, 17th, 30th, August 14th, 27th September 11th and 27th.
